Emergency Management Basic Academy

The City of Everett’s Office of Emergency Management is inviting community members to a multi-week training program designed to equip residents with the skills needed to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their neighborhoods. Through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to safely and effectively assist their families, neighbors and community members in the event of a disaster when professional responders may be delayed. CERT training empowers residents to take an active role in emergency preparedness while strengthening community resilience and connection.
